Founded by CEO and Chef Dylan Jonsson, and driven by a profound passion for ethically sourced cacao, vanilla, and nuts in their most natural raw form. OUR BEANS
At Ethical Eats, we source our beans exclusively from Sengi Cocoa, a company dedicated to delivering exceptional produce with a focus on premium quality cacao beans sourced directly from farmers in East Africa and surrounding islands.

Sengi Cocoa's approach revolves around close collaboration with farmers, aiming to elevate the quality of cacao batches while ensuring a substantial increase in farmer income by at least 30%. To achieve this, they provide comprehensive training and assistance to farmers, offering guidance on enhancing production, improving fermentation facilities, and optimizing drying, storage, and shipping techniques.

Through their unwavering commitment to supporting farmers directly, Sengi Cocoa maintains the truest essence of the cacao bean in its purest form, producing a truly outstanding product.
